In the region Liguria mountains meet the sea and in the middle there are many streets and ways that cross the region.

Every town offers artistic and historical treasures created centuries ago. Following the ways you can experience pure fun - by using your feet, the mountain bike or the horse.

Many itineraries and their unique panoramas are about 200 years old, in addition they lead you to vineyards, gardens and castles. Ways for mountain bikers, e. g. from Albenga to Alasso, or for hikers, e. g. to the top of the Lavagnola, are waiting for you! And every trip has a specific topic: from the mills of Trioria Campo Ligure to the excursions in the Natural Park of Beigua or Aveto. You only have to choose! Restaurants and hotels are supporting-points, the easy access to streets and railways give you more flexibility and security on the trips. Many towns make part of the association "Bandiera Arancione": this aims to ensure a high quality of services and the originality of the historical and artistic patrimony of the little towns.
