You should definitely see the islands of Eolie in the Tyrrhenian sea obove Sicily. Departure point for this unforgettable experience is the harbour of Milazzo or Cefalù.

The Archipel consits of lava and stones and used to be the home of Eolo, the God of the winds. The island which is best reachable for tourists  Lipari. However, also the island called Volcano is attractive because of its sandy beaches and the health-therapy with bog.

Agriculturally Salina produces mostly capers and grapes. Filicudi, Alicudi and Stromboli are not that developed but still destination that are worth to be seen.
